Hospital Setting Ward Clerk

My name is Christy Guess,I’ve been a CNA/SRNA for 25 + years . I’ve had experience in a hospital setting as well as a nursing and rehabilitation Center . I currently work at Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation Center and have been here since October 3rd 2022 when I transferred from Salem Springlake health and rehabilitation center . I worked at Crittenden Community Hospital for 7 years where I gained experience as a ward clerk and learned how to put in dr orders, order labs, completed admissions, discharges, and transfers, completed and ordered supply list, put in vitals, collected labs, etc … . I’m very familiar working with the elderly as well as taking care of there everyday needs . Such as bathing, showering, feeding, transferring, collecting inputs /outputs, charting daily activities ( vitals, I/O’s etc..), emptying JP drains . I’m very friendly, patient, and willing to work with the young, middle aged, and elderly. .
