Project Management

●Led Admissions Committee to review Dual Enrollment applications for local BIPOC, learners to apply to Universities Dual Enrollment program, to include processing, reading, evaluating, and summarizing applications.
●Maintain appropriate department budget per quarter for supplies, equipment, and materials.
●Instruct /Coach learners in all aspects of their career development, optimized educational strategies with clear advice regarding career options, goals and career outlook for industries. Served as Assistant Director for Career and Technical Education Career Readiness Program to provide scholars with college and career readiness.
Curriculum Development
●Design, develop and present Career and Technical Education- Career Development curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments and policies, to meet the needs of all students learning agenda.
●Collaborate with, administrators to ensure curriculum meets the needs of the program to instruct students.
●Monitor student progress and adjust curriculum as needed to ensure student engagement and success.
●Develop and implement training and educational materials for distribution to evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum.

Community Engagement
