Trainer and Troubleshooter position from February 1, 2022 to 6/30/2022.This position involved 2 months of training for positions in the Voting Centers across Los Angeles County, and the last two months were the actual trainings in the different Voting Centers throughout the County. The training consisted of learning all the facets and skills the voting center workers need to know and giving presentations from Power Point slides as well as hands- on training of the equipment and procedures involved. Troubleshooting involved driving a County van to different voting sites in the County for 12 to 16 hours a day. The Driver position was driving a County van to Voting Centers to collect the ballots for recall election and assisting colleagues and anyone else. The Account Manager position involved cold calling and searching for citizens to assist the County in sites for elections and managing and maintaining the process from beginning to end including inspections, arranging deliveries, pick-ups, drop offs and billing, and anything else necessary for things to run well. I worked independently to accomplish everything. Management, organizing and my entrepreneurial skills were accessed. Before that I assisted in two election procedures in receiving, inspecting and proofing election materials including ballot books in the Ballot Management Section, IBS, etc. I worked in Excel, Word, Outlook. All positions were temporary as needed.
