South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, CA 01/24 – Present This position in high-end luxury retail tenant improvements gave me the opportunity to showcase my strong relationship-building skills and my ability to hit the ground running. I used my experience to oversee the scope, schedule, and budget of multiple projects simultaneously, starting from the initial bid and selection process to all phases of construction, inspections, final punch list, and close-out.
