Led the implementation of the Salesforce Lightning CRM and account opening platforms across Citi Retail Banking, in addition to analysing and updating 200 critical business processes across Citi’s US Retail Bank including AML & KYC.
Spearheaded the development and end-to-end implementation of a financial planning tool across Citibank US, delivering 22% growth in product and service cross-sell, a 10% reduction in attrition, and a 3.4% increase in client balances.
Directed a 17-member team and managed P&L of Citibank’s largest branch in Connecticut ($750M+ in AUM), driving new business development and client engagement strategies and programs to rank #2 nationally in revenue generation in October 2008.
Drove the implementation of SunGard CRM and Advice America financial planning platforms for Citi’s Personal Wealth Management organization, supporting 650+ brokers across the US and generating 24K financial plans that drove $49M in revenue.
