I have over 38 years of construction and maintenance experience. This includes Superintendent, Project Manager, Quality Control Management, Site Safety Health Officer and Supervision over Government Construction and Maintenance projects. Proficient at coordinating work to be performed by in-house personnel and subcontractors. Adaptable to new and difficult challenges under highly contrasting working environments and time constraints. Knowledgeable in implementation of interim life safety measures, workplace safety and security requirements on project sites procedures. Assistance in developing and implementing facility planning and operations management. Prepared and reviewed Statement of Work for every contract. Conducted pre-bid and pre- construction meetings for upcoming projects and maintenance repairs. Inspected and performed daily facility walk through of buildings, equipment and documented deficiencies as well as initiated required repairs.
