Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master Feb 2016 --- Mar 2025

Ginnie Mae owns a portfolio of non-pooled assets including mortgage loans, acquired properties (REOs) and claims receivables as a result of taking over for defaulted issuers of Ginnie Mae mortgage-backed securities. Ginnie Mae contracts with the residential mortgage servicers (referred to as the Master Sub Servicers (MSSs) who help manage these assets. Assisted in the Business requirements, RDD’s and performed the IV&V Testing for some of the project which include MOR – Master Subservicer Operational Reporting, which was part of the reports generated for the loan level, SLDB - GFAS – Subledger Database – Ginnie Mae financial accounting system modernization using People Soft applications ((i.e. Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Order (PO), General Ledger (GL), Commitment Control (KK)) and also worked in updating the STTM and transformation logic as per the changes provided from the development teams.
