DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design) with the main contractor and consultant o Overseeing and managing the creative process of a project, from concept to completion. o Responsible for ensuring adherence to project schedules, maintaining high-quality technical solutions, and upholding project controls. o Demonstrates strong management and leadership skills, focusing on effective client communication and stakeholder management. o Manage and lead the MEP design team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects. o Coordinating with clients, designers, and other team members to understand requirements and establish design goals. o Supervising the design team, providing feedback, and monitoring the quality of the design output. o Managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively. o Resolving design problems or issues that arise during the project. o Continually reviewing and implementing improvements to the design process. o Monitoring project budgets and schedules and overseeing performance. o Provides guidance, managerial, and technical support to the complete project team. o Follow up on the financial payments and ensure that the project expenses are within the designated path. o Follow-up and supervision of the chart curve for internal and recruited workers from outside the company's staff to support implementation operations.
