• Restructured the Human Resources department including employee handbook, policies, implementation of ADP Workforce Now, workflows, and hired a payroll specialist. The company grew from (100) employees to (200) employees overnight and this growth brought the small company to a medium sized one.

• Streamlined HR efficiencies, coordinated new hire orientations and provided onboarding and training for 400+ new employees.
