I am writing to you to express my interest in interventional pain position. I trained and practiced in Baltimore for a number of years, then transferred to Florida for family reasons. I am currently in Jacksonville, Florida, where I have been practicing for more than 10 years. I enjoy praises of my patients and colleagues. My training was at University of Maryland, Baltimore, where I had practiced for a number of years before moving to Florida.

I am Board certified in Anesthesiology, Fellowship trained and Board certified in Pain Medicine, and Board certified in Addiction Medicine. I have been practicing anesthesiology and Chronic Pain Medicine since 1999: 12 years in St. Louis University after graduation, and more than 12 years in Florida – University of Florida Jacksonville. I am proficient in most all interventional pain procedures, including but not limited to SCS trials and implants, intrathecal pump trials and implants, discography, and most of the ‘routine’ pain management procedures. In addition, I do take care of a limited number of patients on chronic opioid therapy, cancer patients, post-stroke patients, to name a few categories. I have enjoyed the praise of my superiors, my patients, and have 5+ throughout Press Ganey Consumer Experience.

My interventional pain training was in Baltimore, Maryland. I moved to Missouri after training for family reasons, then moved to Florida where I have been practicing for more than 10 years. Having practiced in academic institutions for almost a quarter of a century, I had great personal satisfaction in treating pain patients.
