PRODUCER COMPENSATION SYSTEM - The L-Chubb data source (PROFIT) is replaced by a new data source (BAR), which will feed the Producer Compensation systems (ProComp and CCOM). These systems are essential to the business's strategy of paying GSC (Guaranteed Supplemental Compensation) to top producers in the U.S., and Canada. Producer compensation enables the business to capture and store details about the producer's agreements, compensation, and offers a way to track their performance capabilities via statements and reports. Changes were needed to ProComp so that it can receive data from the upstream system, and new functionalities were added to calculate and project the producer's commission.
