Contacting people due to cases that EEOC is working on, to see if they have been harrassed, or discriminated against at their workplaces whether that be present or past. Whatever companies that they are trying to investigate and go after legally. Constant time on the phone and inputting information on Excel doc or Word docs.
Conducting phone interviews with those persons, gathering confidential information regarding employment issues with their employers, etc.
