Created a new sales model for selling imaging components that transformed the business from transactional to creating a continuous revenue stream, and a 12% increase in margins.

Pioneered the Multi-Vendor Imaging Service market by making OEM components available at competitive prices to support hospitals in better managing their life-cycle costs and benefiting by being the first mover in the market.

Worked with Philips to re-define the global service strategy with the “Right Fit” Program to better support IDN initiatives and take share from competitors.

Led the creation of a local manufacturing and customer service office in Suzhou, China to offer better service to local clients and become the leading player in the market in less than two years. Sales in China increased from 10% to 30% of total global sales within a four-year period.
