Work Experience

I have had very little work experience from which in the year 2017 from July to December as well November 2018 to January 2019. I always find joy in working within diverse environment. In Don Pablo’s I did the following:

• Quickly reset and cleaned up tables after customers left to enable speedy turnaround and guest flow.

• Arranged and prepared tables for customers to offer memorable experiences to guests and foster repeat business.

• Replenished food items, paper products and canned goods to keep pantry wellstocked during busy periods.

• Explained menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns.

• Kept register accurate through correct billing, payment processing and cash management practices.

• Bussed and reset tables to keep dining room and work areas clean.

From April 2023 to this current date I am a part time salesman at Games and Gadgets, a gaming store of which it specialises in gaming consoles, retro games and gadgets like controllers, keyboards, etc. My day to day responsibilities is to constantly keep the customers updated on all the new purchases of stock that we have to sell and maximise customer friendly relationship to ensure the growth of the store. We also specialise in repairing consoles and controllers to ensure that the customer does not lose out on their gaming experience thus doing an excellent job which in turn we would be recommended to their friends which allow us to exponentially growing. I picked a few skills in the sales department which is:
