Aurex Constructors ( Kentz – SNC-Lavalin - Aurex) – Quality Department Senior Site Project Document Controller:
• As a Site Project Document Controller, it’s my responsible for the Control and Maintenance of the Document Control Centre and ensure that only valid and approved documents of latest revision are available.
• Prepares transmittals, scans, files document and performs other tasks as needed
• Files, secures, retrieves, distributes, and archives documents
• Performs other duties as required (Project Co-Ordinatior; Project Administration
• Receives, processes and coordinates responses to RFIs CONTROLLED DOCUMENTS as per
• Aurex Constructors Quality Assurance Manual.
• Arrangement Drawings.
• Standard Drawings.
• Isometric Drawings indicating weld position.
• Numbering of documentation as per procedure
• Logging of all documents in the register on receipt indicating revision status, approval status and date of issue.
• Updating and maintain of drawing registers as revisions are implemented.
• Issue documents to various departments with controlled copy stamp.
• Issuing of revised documents, the old revision shall be stamped as superseded and stapled to the new revision if important data has already been documented on the old revision.
• Loading of documents on register
• Provide support to the project team and respond to requests and queries regarding EDMS.
