-Authorizing feed grades results to flotation and tails from the flotation circuit.

-Reporting and respond to all levels about the performance of fire Assay, base metal and instruments and equipment performance during shift.
-Provide the daily production report regarding the number of assays & re-assays done, reported and outstanding samples in the system.
-Approve test results for Nickel, Copper, Platinum, Palladium, Gold Rhodium Iridium, Ruthenium, Silver and Cobalt done during the shift..
-Review quality activities against business and production plans and recommend measures to close gaps
-Preliminary investigation of any nonconformity within the fire Assay, base metal and instruments sections including the improvement requests and client's complaints.
-Support SHE management system to ensure compliance to national, company and departmental policies.

Analytical and Instruments Technician
This position is responsible for efficient and safe running of Fire Assay, Base metal and Analytical instruments in the laboratory to produce accurate, reproducible and reliable analytical results. Follow quality control procedures established through the Quality Management System. Reponsible for:
1) 4 x Atomic Absorption Spectrometers.
2) 2x An ICP Spectrometer.
3) 1 x X- Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer.
4) 1x Fire Assay Analyser.
Analytical Balances and other analytical instruments. 5) All Sampling equipment in the metallurgical plant. 6) 3 x Fusion Furnaces
7) 3 x Muffle furnaces.

-Give at least 95% instrument and equipment availability to the respective service on daily basis.
-Perform routine maintenance and standardization on laboratory instruments.
