Summarize daily reports from all crews (foundations, assembly, erection, stringing, pull testing, quality, and geomatics) to submit to client and executives.

Review daily reports and communicate with project management and construction team if there appears to be any issues that would affect installation or tower erection.

Track and review daily progress and ensure project production board is up to date and crews are not double reporting.

Assist foundations/materials manager with summary of foundations and anchors remaining in various segments to ensure shipment of material to the appropriate location and help determine if we have enough material for installs (include dates we wil run out of material based on material on site).

Update and approve foundation selection reports based on what was actually installed compared to what was determined during test pitting.

Provide trackers on work that has been completed and work remaining to share with project management team in order to get a better idea of if we are on schedule.

Help with ensuring all quality documentation is getting submitted for review in a timely manner.

Communicate with subcontractors on any issues or concerns that arise.

Assist project manager with invoice reconciliation, month end production claims, and other daily tasks as requested.

Assist with properly coding invoices.
