Responsibilities

Troubleshooting PLC and PORFIBUS Communication

Troubleshooting Master Drives and AC Drives

Troubleshooting of MCC motors and circuit barkers. Troubleshooting of NOV TDS (11-SA & 8-SA)

Repairing Inverter, IGBT, BUS Bar and Capacitor Bank Controlling and Supervising Touch Screen Display Units of Motors through PLCs. Checking and adding the Parameters of PLC Motors

Control system of generator setting it Online and Offline Worked on Depth Sensor, Torque, Flow and Level Sensors, Limit Switch and Motor Encoders.

Comprehensive Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) Service and thoroughly inspection of Motors, Generators and Rig Equipment’s. Reading and understanding the VFD and PLC schematics and wire diagram. Performing daily inspection, maintenance and diagnostic the electrical equipment’s. QHSE Responsibilities

Conducting all RIG operation in a safe manner, according to International Drilling Companies Policies and Produces.

Observing all Rig operation are done safely, putting a stop to unsafe practices. Playing an active role in QHSE meetings and Tool box meetings. Preparing the crew for emergency evacuation drills. Monitoring the Power Plant operations at the time of emergency. UA/UC Hazardous identification at Work Site.

Guide the Power Control Room in case of emergency. Isolation of any electrical equipment to perform repair/maintenance job. Ensuring the use of Permit to Work (PTW) before performing any Job. Power
