Responsibilities included maintaining the division's profit and loss (P&L) statement, achieving an average gross profit margin of over 60%, and maintaining a client satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5.0. Managed over 30 full-time staff, including onshore, offshore, and Global Teams.
