Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, Military Family Services, Remote Contracts

Developed a comprehensive report on the state of Unlicensed Childcare in Canada and its evolution in relation to the larger childcare sector. Analyzed relevant Statistics Canada data, relevant legislative distinctions between diverse regional jurisdictions, and academic research using a GBA+ lens. This analysis examines and highlights the impact of both the changing economic dynamics and the legislative environment on unlicensed childcare.

Produced a PowerPoint presentation on the preliminary results of this research and presented it to my project team and relevant stakeholders.

Collaborated with a research team on shared projects on the topics of community profiles, waitlist regulations and fees, and Indigenous issues related to childcare.

Conducted a systematic analysis of three annotated bibliographies, from 2018 to 2020, consisting of 120 articles, to identify and summarize key issues affecting the well-being of military families and their access to necessary supports and resources.
