CPRS: Meet client and complete Initial Intake, including, DSM-5, A.C.E., T.E.A, C.O.W.S, and have all R.O.I. forms signed and faxed requested by the physician. Complete Biopsychosocial within the required timeframe set by SAMSHA. PHQ-9, GAD-7, A.S.I, Cross Cutting Symptom Measure, Etc. as required. Create individualized treatment plans and note progress at each visit. Discuss client home and work progress. Set short-term/long-term goals and track progress. Make connections with community recourses to assist client with needs based on our discussion. Maintain contact and awareness of all available resources, including qualification requirements. Facilitate educational, as well as open discussion topic based groups. Address and manage issues with client drug screens. Enter into Behavioral Contracts with clients, if deemed necessary, explain and attain clients signature. Give report to physician, with recommendations of any action needed. Meet weekly with treatment team to discuss clients needs, corrective action, phase of treatment
(phase up or down), offer assistance with clients I have additional knowledge of, as well as enlist help with difficult situations, put an end to any staff splitting, etc. Make recommendation and referral to residential treatment. Meet weekly with clinical supervision. Keep time sheet for clinical supervisor. Complete CEUs available and required. Discuss any ethical concerns with supervisor. Keep certification up to date. Model behavior and educate clients on the best way to achieve their goals by providing encouragement, feedback, and role-play common scenarios. Office Manager: Check patients in and out. Answer calls, responded to emails, and scheduled meetings with business contacts. Take payment and make payment agreements when needed. Daily closeouts and bank deposits. Employee and client scheduling. Prior authorizations (treatment and medication. Call medication per physicians order in to clients pharmacy. Pull client CSMD every visit. Handle lab results (including billing and ordering supplies), Insurance billing and Credentialing ( Clinic and Physicians). Prepare audit charts. Transition from paper charts to EMR. Employee file review. Employee performance review. Trained and supervised new staff. Delegated tasks effectively.
