Provided requirements on-fly (via all possible options to close time zone gap with dev team) Worked by "Pull system" (Kanban based). Provided am – for example audio recordings). Applied daily re-prioritization, constant division work scope in tasks with avg estimation - 8h/person to achieve daily results to minimize waste and use capacity of the team as much as possible (WIP was limited 1 task per person daily). Introduce policies to focus on the blocker task to be closed together as a team asap.
Accomplishments: got implicit value from volunteering in open-source community - won the billable projects: EPAM was chosen by Google as main vendor for GCP Ingestion service application development.
