Skills Summary
Dynamometer Test Technician: Responsibilities included lock out/tag out procedures along with CPR/Defibulators certifications required around high voltage in a dynamometer test environment. Paged service engineers and updated them with findings and top three probable fixes.
Process Engineer: responsibilities included creationa d revising of procedures and checklists for manufacturing engineering using MS Office suite mainly Word and Excel. Closed assigned corrective actions per quality audits, and failure analysis discrepant dispositions. Implemented fixes, closed and monitored action items. Helped quality with build associate process certification.
Cutomer Service Engineer: resposibilities included installation, de-installations, upgrades, 24x7 on call support. customers with product and software compatibility issues on call as a customer field service engineer and as a telephone remote diagnostics engineer. Also worked with sales to improve customer base.
Failure Analysis Technician: responsiblities included determining root cause failure on all line and field discrepant material. Assigned corrective actions to responsible owners inclusing sourcing, design engineering, and process/manufacturing engineering.
Test/Troubleshooting Technician: responsibilities included testing tape drives and contollers in envirionmental stress chambers while running diagnostics.
