Call Center Customer Support

I do not have a resume but I do have experience and I'm over 18 and have everything needed to start working. I worked at ABI call center doing cold calling in bound and out bound calling I worked for them for 4 1/2 years. I then transferred to whirlpool call center out of Cleveland Tennessee I did customer support data entry billy and chat, sms and email support. I worked for whirlpool for 3 years. I'm working on arise portal now doing sms virtual customer support. I've worked for them for almost 7 months.
