I have 17 years’ professional experience and knowledge by project management. I am skilled to develop and maintain a pleasant and conducive working environment with colleagues and line managers. I have a professional skill and knowledge to prepare project plan as per the project earmarked resources (activity plan, budget, time schedule, and overall project inputs, implement, monitor the project outputs, outcomes, quality assurance through verification and prepare report as per an organizational reporting template. I have been working in East Wallaga Zone Irrigation and Pastoralist Development office and Water, Mineral and Energy office and coordinating development projects like livelihoods improvement projects, capacity building projects, nutrition and hygiene project, Water and Sanitation Project, Economic Security improvement. I have the required skill and knowledge to organize different capacity improvement skill training like life skill to the project client. I have experience to organize different meeting (review meeting) with the government stakeholders and able to record the minute from the meeting and distribute the minute record to the authorized peoples. I have practical experience to cooperate with the local to national authorities. I was awarded Masters of Project Management from Wallaga University on July 18, 2023, BA Degree in Economics from New Generation University College on January 9, 2021 and BSc Degree in Agriculture from Haramaya University on July 12, 2008. I have 17 years solid professional work experience on different positions in different organization starting from September 15, 2008 to now. I have strong believes that my practical work experience and professional back ground has equipped me to professionally perform my duties in collaboration with the existing team and supervisor. I can provide quality report (inclusive, timely & with relevant). I can work my duties with the aid of computer (MS-Excel, MS-Word, Power point, Pivot, Photoshop). I know the local context of the project operational area. I can easily and effectively communicate by using English, Amharic and Afan Oromo languages. I have an ability to work independently, within a team as well as cross-team. I can also work with reasonable flexibility as demanded by the organization and adapt to a new system.
