EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:

1. KYC Analyst in HCL- May 2023 to October 2024

RESPONSIBILITIES –

Transaction Monitoring System - Performed the required KYC screenings on customers documenting the information obtained on the client’s as required by global KYC and sanctioned procedures.

Monitor and act upon client's compliance-related queue alerts, including reviewing possible suspicious activity and activity that violates client’s rules.

Use detective-like mentality to investigate and escalate potentially suspicious activity across all AML typologies across the client’s platform.

Verify customer and counterparty information and conduct reviews for AML/BSA purposes and report to transaction monitoring supervisor.

Overview communication to the customer and resolution of investigation cases within designated timeframes, if required.

Ensuring that all resolved cases / queries are allocated to the respective areas.

Assist Team Manager / Process Expert in administration of the section, including organizing workflow, queue management and query resolution.

Bank Fraud investigation - Once the fraud is identified, the bank fraud case is escalated to investigators and prioritized based on severity.

Investigates the activity to determine if it's fraud. This bank fraud investigation stage could involve stopping the transaction (if possible), banning the fraudster, or reimbursing the customer for their losses.

Reimburse the customer if the customer loses funds from the fraud (and the bank has determined they aren’t responsible or involved). A suspicious activity report is submitted
