Multi-Unit General Manager / Operations Manager

Annual Sales Volume: $1.5 Million

· Hiired as General Manager of Tabla DC 2021

· Promoted to Operations manager which includes catering manager, business development, and also running all pop-up/short-leased locations. ( 4 units in total )

· Overseased team of 10 servers, 3 managers and 6 BOH employees

· Managed and created a food and beverage menu.

· Responsible for P&L accuracy and reporting.

· Schedule catering events, private events and seek out new pop-up opportunities

Annual Sales Volume: $1.5 Million per location

· Hired as Multi GM to run DC/MD locations 5 locations

· TheHalalShacks operates out of college campuses.

· Operated three stores, two different concepts. TheHalalshack is a Mediterranean fast-casual serve and scoop concept. As well as Baba’s pizza. Which is a Mediterranean fast casual personal pan pizza concept.

· Developed Standard operation systems for the Baba’s Pizza concept.

· Managed 8 managers and a staff of 50 total FOH/BOH employees between the three stores.

· Responsible for P&L accuracy and reporting.

· Manage and Coordinate all GM meetings.

· Oversee all store's financials.

· Resolve any issues and implement any corrective measures with team members, managers, guests, etc.

I played a key role in identifying growth opportunities by analyzing monthly Profit and Loss

(P&L) statements, focusing on revenue and expense trends. I implemented effective forecasting and budgeting processes to manage expenses like labor, food, and maintenance, ensuring profitability and efficiency. As a mentor for new store managers, I created a structured onboarding process with regular check-ins to support their development. I led weekly team meetings to discuss operations and brainstorm solutions for improved efficiency.
