Responsible for leading and supervising a diverse Soft Service Team. Effective team management involves setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration among team members.

Ensuring the smooth day-to-day Operations across multiple locations and address any issues that may arise promptly.

Maintain positive Client relationships & take regular feedbacks and do effective communication for Client satisfaction.

Continuously improving processes and procedures & enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Developing, implementing & continuously improvising SOPs.

Reviewing and refining management reports and MIS data that can help in making informed decisions and identifying areas for improvement.
