Achievements
Led the integration and rollout of the enterprise-wide Bluecrew digital operating model across national markets in the first two quarters of 2024, resulting in branch operations efficiency gains with time to fill, quality of candidates, and reduced turnover.
Converted 38 additional Atlanta clients to the Bluecrew digital operating platform in Q2/Q3 2024. This resulted in fewer branch administrative tasks and improved 1-day time to fill and order fulfillment.
Key Deliverables
Managed the BC digital operating project from start to finish, focused on improving collaboration earlier in the process and elevating the delivery and hand-off to field leadership.
Created and implemented a digital launch playbook and budget in collaboration with multiple internal business partners to transition duplicate BC/EB teams/processes to provide cost savings i.e. safety process, WC claims, HR/Compliance issues, and branch operation support that resulted in cost savings from a headcount perspective, and time to close.
oConsolidated multiple, duplicate EB/BC teams into one work team, reducing headcount from 28 to 14.
oDecreased vendors from four to two based on duplicate work resulting in future cost savings.
oCombined new client implementation teams and decreased headcount by fifteen colleagues while building a cost-saving operating model to support field rollout.
oExecuted a new client implementation rollout model cutting time frames from an average of 8 weeks to 2 - 4 weeks by defining a more efficient support model supporting cost savings in the costliest area of T&E.
