My highlight were my ability to secure a bid invite and eventual award for the Baltimore County Sparrows Point Rec Center a $22 million project. Additionally my ability to use my previous relationship with Johns Hopkins Real Estate and Development to approve MCN Build as an approved contractor for projects at Hopkins University, Hopkins Hospital, Hopkins Community Partners, and Applied Physics Lab of which several were completed and at my departure a CM @ Risk bid for the Wilmer Eye Clinic was awarded.
