INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR

Process and maintain accurate inventory within Shipping/Receiving, Clean Rooms, Production and Inventory Control (Stockrooms) within the Department of Operations and the Financial Department. Review all equipment specification information for completeness and appropriateness for the usage of the equipment.

Work with equipment owners in completing equipment specifications for calibration information such as calibration parameters, tolerances, and intervals.

Review equipment specifications for the appropriateness of all preventive maintenance requirements.

Collect, report, and monitor calibration performance metrics.

Initiate and report any out of tolerance results.

Work with equipment owners to initiate and support Investigation of all calibration results for equipment found out of tolerance (OOT).

Ensure results of equipment calibrations are recorded using the designated calibration software.
