Ordered all liquor, wine, and beer.
Created new wine list featuring over 2 dozen wines handpicked by myself. Created a unique specialty drink menu.
Created a new beer selection including over 3 dozen bottled beers, and 6 beers on tap. Set up sales incentive programs for bartenders and servers. Implemented cleaning schedules and duties.
