{Knowledge Management Specialists provide technical expertise in management information systems for the service and delivery of all major business lines in the PBS, including but not limited to workforce planning, training and development, facilities, leasing, design, construction, and portfolio management in the National Capital Region as part of General Services Administration}

Major Responsibilities:

•Maintain data and metadata inventory that is accessible to senior leadership. Translates data into impactful visualizations that stakeholders can use to inform business decisions.

•Integrated geospatial data, analysis, and mapping into facility operations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial and federal properties in the region.

•Assist program personnel on various issues, projects, or concerns requiring an overview of agency operations concerning resolving significant, controversial, and otherwise highly charged situations.

•Provide assistance and advice on interpreting governing policy in the designated program area. Research sensitive, complex, or otherwise controversial issues, utilizing all available resources.

•Collect, manage, manipulate, and analyze data sets using dashboards from disparate sources and in different formats using Google scripts, machine learning, AI, Google Sheet, SQL Developer, MS Access, Tableau and ArcGIS platform, and other relevant tools to improve the performance of our regional real estate portfolio and diverse workforce.

{Analytics Management Analyst is accountable for timely and professional support to the HQDA, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, and International Affair division (DAMO-SSR) located at the Pentagon.}

Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and recommend meeting NDAA 2017 requirements for tracking and managing 2000 Army users with Service Security Cooperation Databases.

•Collect and analyze activities on the database and prepare the regional product for the briefing to support the Strategy, Plans, and Policy Branch Chief; develop recommendations to support more efficient transfer of information across the Division and the Directorate via Bolte Portal (SharePoint).

•Served as Action Officer creating internal and external tasker in HQDA TMT Tasker System

•Developed Army Security Cooperation Common Operation Picture monthly report to HQDA G-3 office, which is shared with ASCC, DRU, State Partnership Program, and other external agencies.
