Scope: Three-month contract to Migrate the Chicagoland users to Office365 including Exchange Online.

Managed enterprise-wide Exchange 2016 migration; documented work plans, facilitated daily stand-up meetings, developed migration strategy for mailbox migrations. Implemented Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive for Business and Power Platform for the entire team.
