Over 25 years of civil engineering experience in the construction industry, gained between the USA and Saudi Arabia; working with Clients, Consultants, PMCs, and PMOs, in Infrastructure & Buildings Projects. 10 years experience with the Illinois Department of Transportation,Divisions of Roads and highways directly with the client in Chicago area.

• Overall management of the design & delivery of the potable water development program for the Royal Commission of Alula, including but not limited to, water reservoirs, main transmission lines, and distribution network for the overall city of Alula.

• Construction Services for NEOM Industrial City project (OXAGON). Managed major earthwork, and infrastructure work in Area 3 and Roads, the Innovation Hub, and platform for the Hydrogen Plant, access road to the NIC coastal village (from Highway 5) and plot leveling of the village, and construction of Ring Road.

• Define development phases and milestones and ensure that projects are managed and completed within the required time, cost, and quality.

Approximately 3.65 km long and about 320m wide, stretching west of Al-Haram Al-Shareef between the development of Jabal Omar and the Third Ring Road. The total area of the Project is around 1.2 million square meters with a total estimated cost of 7 billion Saudi Riyals. My role as Construction Manager includes, but is not limited to:

Parsons provided Construction Management Services to Jeddah Municipality projects which included Roads, Bridges & Tunnels, and Buildings projects worth $250 M. My role includes but is not limited to, the following:

• In charge of Managing/Supervising the construction of 8 Road projects, including all levels of roadway construction, lighting, and drainage.

• Supervised construction of Jeddah South Cornish Park.

• Supervised closing and handover of Jeddah Municipality Buildings, Asfan branch office.

• Reviewed and approved payment certificates, assigned inspectors, surveyors, and QA/QC to manage and complete the projects according to contract documents within the required quality, time, and budget.

• Anticipated and planned for changes in project scope, timing, or costs.

• Prepared documentation and obtained client approval. Project: Alwasl Project consisted of a large-scale master planned urban community mixed-use development over a total area of approximately 1400Ha (14 million square meters) with an estimated cost of 12 billion Dollars. My role includes, but is not limited to:
