DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plumbing, Drainage, Hvac & Electrical drawings for Storm, Soil, Waste, Manholes, Grease Interceptor, Sump pit, Domestic Cold & Hot Water layout including underground, overhead water & upper level water tanks & Resume Of Nasr.P 2

Plant rooms, External drainage & water piping layout with coordinated elevation/level, toilet & bath details.

Co-ordination with other associated services & Preparation of co- ordination layout.

Preparation of Builders works drawings as per shop drawings.

Preparation schematic diagrams for water supply, drainage system etc.

As built drawings for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting as per Consultant’s standard.

Planning & co-ordination with project Engineers.

Site visiting & supporting the site in case of complication.

Estimation Knowledge in Commercial & Residential high rise Buildings.

Quantity survey with PLAN SWIFT software for any type of Building project

Knowledge of MEP, Architectural & Structural Materials.

Giving quantity estimate to commercial dept. to enable them to quote competitively

Familiar with various materials, systems and their specifications and having vast supplier database

Successfully completed & delivered several projects within safety, quality, time and cost parameters.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Secondary School Leaving Certificate from Board of Public Examination Diploma in civil Engineering Board of Technical Education Dept. (Govt. of India) Passed in 1998

AutoCAD level I4 (Auto CAD 2016) from Sigma Computer Center (Authorized Autodesk (USA) center

COMPUTER SKILLS:

AutoCAD 2020, Revit MEP-2012 & Plan Swift

Operation System: Windows 10/2000/XP
