Google Online Marketing Challenge
Project leader
Leaded multicultural team to participate the online challenge and compete against students from different countries.
Under real business environment, we flexibly applied advertising, marketing and e-commerce knowledge to create operation tactics and digital campaign, which are improve ad views, attract donations, improve official websites click rates, and increase social network followers. During campaign execution, was work as a team leader which including team building, task delegating, project following-up, design of advertisements, budget control, and search engine optimization activities. In result, under $250 budget, we attracted 150,000 ads impressions and 389 effective clicks.
Evaluated by Google algorithm and experts, our team awarded as No. 5 in Asian-Pacific area in 2014 Google Online Competition.
