Create service tickets in Navision for all repair jobs and log each in an excel spreadsheet. Invoice completed service tickets and document total billed in a spreadsheet. Give PO numbers to employees for the purchase of materials needed for each job. Keep and create a monthly service ticket log which list invoice numbers for each. Log time and material cost. Keep and create ongoing files for each customer, etc.

Customer Service/Dispatcher Assistant – Assign pin number for import/export containers to be pulled in and out of the port, dispatch drivers, receive orders/request by email or fax from customers. Log all imports coming to our facility in the weekly container logbook. Input all inventory received in Accuterm system and take out of inventory when drivers are loaded, create BOL’s, prepare all local drivers billing to send to the billing department, answer phones, reply to emails and file. Assist dispatcher, etc.
