· STL8 achieve the following during launch: benchmark status ranked second for launch IB TPH (first 11 weeks), highest level of reactive performance, adamantium status (DPMO under 1000, for six consecutive weeks with loads >1000 units the only launch to do so), and the highest sideline totes/hour rate in the Kirves region during peak 2019. KRB2 SITE LEAD AMAZON JUNE 2021 – OCTOBER 2024
· Oversee a 798k sq ft facility comprising 558 associates that contains 14.6M units.
· At site implemented a PIT Partnership Program and weekly PIT Gembas that reduced PIT events by 51% YoY. PIT Gemba was shared with other sites to reduce PIT events in the network. KRB2 experienced a streak of 401 days without a PIT incident.
· Bin Strap Removal – led to a 65% reduction in help me app andons and pit events related to poor bin etiquette leading to a network initiative.
· Since becoming the site lead KRB2 was recognized as an Amazon Gives Chapter logging over 1200 hours of community engagement. A highlight of community involvement was KRB2 receiving the PGPD Chief’sMedallion.The only business in Prince George County, VA to receive the honor.
· Ring Scanner Project: site improved DA Indirect cplh by 32%. Ring scanners usage has been implemented by 3 other sites in the network
· Developed pick execution training that resulted in a 9.2% improvement in pick rate in the network a $1.8M entitlement and pick miss reduction of 69%.
· Pick Configuration Project – KRB2 has experienced a pick rate entitlement of $0.52M. The process engineering team is now implementing the process across all like site types.
· L7 Dev Days facilitator: Cohort 9 participants score of facilitator group was 4.97 (highest YTD) vs goal of 4.7.
· LEAD Academy Champion: provide mentorship to 8 BLNA leaders in various NACF network. Facilitated development sessions with up to 80 leaders in attendance.
· Kariba-Council-NA-EU: Initiated group of SDC leaders to provide guidance to 3PL and Operational leaders in the EU on Kariba operations.
