Administration

Carry out administrative duties efficiently including correspondence, bookkeeping and employee relations.

Provide accurate, efficient and committed office work support to the senior management.

Liaise between management and employees on all administration matters.

Controlling absence, by comparison of duty roasters and biometric system records.

Facility Management Support

Participate in strategic planning and day-to-day operations particularly in relation to buildings and premises: procurement, contract management, building/grounds maintenance, cleaning, catering, vending, health.
