I am responsible for completing a variety of residential appraisals in accordance with USPAP standards. Daily, I track and report on market trends and data analysis with a usage of developed analytical skills due to the numerous sources of data used in research and valuation. I generate final reports under deadlines and as requested by the client. I am hoping to be able to phase out this remote part-time job and replace it with full-time remote employment.

As a remote, independent contractor, I worked as a liaison between Real Estate Agents, Clients, Escrow/Title Companies and Lenders. I effectively managed administrative tasks that required a high attention to detail and would successfully result in a closed transaction with a complete file. I verified the accuracy of legal contracts and ensured all state regulations were met through fidelity and meticulousness. I saw growth in my personal communication skills by assisting agents in keeping their clients informed from list/offer to close, having helpful rapport with a multitude of personalities across everyone involved in the transactions and when training agents on new software as needed via Zoom meetings. I became seasoned in adapting to various software systems per office and agent requirements.

Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite, especially with spreadsheets in which I have designed and maintained detailed spreadsheets for a variety of applications for my employers and in volunteering. I have years of experience with remote work, computer networking and hardware applications, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, blogging and social media experience. I am a fast learner when given new applications and opportunities.

I successfully created guidelines and deadlines each year for high school seniors in Alden Bridge to submit applications for our 2 scholarship awards. I chaired a committee that would assist me in reviewing the applications, I kept all the documents in a Google Drive folder and created a rubric that we used to assist us in selecting the scholarship recipients. I was responsible for the awards ceremony each year and promoted our program to the community and high school counselors.

UNIT ADVANCEMENT CHAIR, BSA TROOP 889, THE WOODLANDS, TX

August 2011 – December 2017

As advancement chair for the troop, I maintained accurate reports of advancements for a troop of 100+ Boy Scouts and processed the awards monthly. I would organize a Board of Review at each troop meeting, speaking with each scout about their progress in the program, working towards their next rank and ultimately the rank of Eagle Scout. I kept detailed and accurate records for each scout as is necessary when submitting their advancement records. For the 12 Eagle Advisors, I created a cloud-based spreadsheet that continues to assist the advisors in tracking progress - with formulas counting down the months to the Scout’s 18th birthday and highlighting the Scouts that had 6 months before that birthday.

Bachelor of Science Degree Interdisciplinary Studies/Minor in Psychology

This degree program allowed me the flexibility to take computer science, business, literature and psychology classes to complete the degree. I learned analytical skills and developed critical thinking skills. I learned to make connections, developed expertise in multiple areas, how to explore new ideas and discover new ways of approaching challenges. Earning a minor in psychology gave me a broad understanding of human behavior as well as the skills to understand and interpret research findings concerning human behavior. University work taught me communication, critical-thinking and skills with statistics and data.
