I decided to buy an old apartment building with a broken-down laundry mat on the first floor as it turned out it was actually two buildings deeded as one. I personally learned how to repair every machine in the laundry mat. I made repair manual binders for every machine, which are hard to find because Maytag does not sell them. I also got the tenets heat working the old owner converted a steam system into a hot water system without installing bleeder valves on their radiator so that did not work hardly at all. I did everything in the building and laundromat for 6 months, then I was able to raise the rents by 30% and my tenets are all happier with me as opposed to their previous landlord even though they are paying a lot more now.
Two years after that I was fortunate enough to be able to buy another building this one had four apartments, two town houses; as well as a restaurant with a complete stand-alone commercial kitchen on the first floor and a second completely stand-alone commercial kitchen in the back of the building which is used for things like caterers, meal on wheels and other places like that rent it to prepare their food. It is also next to the Grand Eastonian hotel a historic landmark and recently I just found out they are building an estimated 300-million-dollar beautiful building project right there next to my building in honor of Larry Holmes, because Easton P.A. was where he was born. Then I sold 49% of the company to a personal friend and advisor for a hefty price as well as the stipulation that he needs to not let profits or performance drop below where I left it. as well as deal with the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a company I own 100%. This entity owns one building, this is also a specialty building it consists of offices on the first floor on the front and side of the building that the tenets use to conduct their business as well as an entire Pull-In Tractor Trailer Truck, Diesel Engine Repair shop underneath it and a large towing company operating out of the premises. However, this is more of an investment company, I use this to try to fund new businesses like property management services of which of course my first customers were my other entities however it has grown in prior years and stayed stable through then pandemic.

This is a large-scale printing company, I inherited from my grandfather at one point we had 180 employees however due to covid and vista print we are down to about 60 to 80 full-time employees. We are still the largest employer in our small town of Coopersburg, P.A. The corporation has been open since 1964 and has won the Paul Revere Reward for Graphic Excellence since 1965, The first year the company opened consecutively with exception of one year in the 1970's.
