To whom it may concern,
Attached, is my resume’ that will detail my previous work history, experience, and training. Also, I would like to take this opportunity to express my desire to be a part of your team. In the past 15 years, I have had the opportunity to work in various facets of the Document Control field. In the industrial area, I have worked on such projects as the Sasol Mega Project in Westlake, LA and the Huntsman Refinery rebuild in the Port Arthur, TX area. Currently, my work with document control is serving as the Document Control Lead for the Commissioning Department of the Sasol Mega Project where I manage and oversee the compliance of other document control techs within the department. My previous job with Shaw/CB&I Modular Solutions required me to adhere closely to regulations set by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. My work has given me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and diversity while taking on several different aspects of document control, such as procedures, procurement, purchasing, and compliance within the document control department. I believe that my previous work history has made me a well-rounded employee. As well as working in the Document Control field, I have had the opportunity work with the elderly, which I found to be very rewarding. I was responsible for maintaining state compliance, while at the same time, providing a friendly, energetic, and positive environment for the people that I was responsible for overseeing. I have also worked as an office manager with the responsibility of coordinating the daily operation of the office and its staff. I consider myself to have strong organizational skills that I set in motion when trying to meet the goals of my employer. I am self-motivated and work well alone, as well as part of a team. I am very much a people person. I always conduct me and present myself in a professional manor. My satisfaction comes from being given a challenge and being able to see that challenge to completion. I always utilize my strong computer skills as a means of meeting those challenges. Always eager to learn, expand, and advance, I know that I would be a valuable asset to your program.
Thank you in advance for reviewing my resume’ and giving me your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Belinda Burnett

To whom it may concern.
Character and performance evaluation of Belinda Ke/Iv. May I please offer a few words as to the character and performance of Belinda Kelly, whilst Belinda worked on my staff during my tenure a Manager, Commissioning of the US Mega Project, LCCP element from July 2013 until June 2015.
Belinda joined the team as document controller a significant undertaking shaping and directing the development and organisation of the many thousand documents the team will produce as the LCCP project develops and is executed.
Belinda quickly took to the task and gave considerable help to the greater team in understanding Sharepoint, the document control platform the project had chosen, Belinda drafted documents and mails to assist the team in the management and navigation of the system. The complexity of SharePoint wa. s considerable and it should not be underestimated the tenacity and patience Belinda demonstrated in keeping on task and helping the team work within the SharePoint environment. Also worthy of mention was the excellent work Belinda dedicated to help the commissioning team develop a standard documentation template for the group to use going forward so all 8 units within the project drafted documents in a consistent fashion. Belinda gave constant direction to assist the team's document management needs.
I feel it important to share just what a dependable and enthusiastic member of the team Belinda was, nothing was ever too much trouble, Belinda demonstrated dedication to the team by occasionally working longer hours than required to get small projects completed, she is a very friendly individual and was happy to take on additional responsibilities for example, taking the weekly management team minutes of meeting, assisting wit the teams procurement and safety equipment needs and other administration tasks, this clearly demonstrates her willingness to help and the flexible approach Belinda has to her work. It was a great pleasure to work with Belinda, she certainly helped a new and developing team to become established and I would have no hesitation in inviting Belinda to work with meagain, should the opportunity arise.
I trust thisInformation is of help, Sincerely yours, Martin Killcross
