Contracted through staff service called, JSG. Duties are rearranging all parts from old to new location and entering data on laptop on a software called the Implementer. Throughout my years, I have worked at several departments within the City of Detroit as an Office Assistant. Duties: Heavy typing, faxing, reports, data entry, answering multi- phones lines, receiving monetary for all City's event, front desk receptionist.

Receiving all incoming calls. Scheduling and canceling all medical appointment. Paging Doctors to assist with other doctors for emergency procedures. Work midnight shift. Filing, typing and sorting mail along with paperwork.
