Cost estimate labor, renovation and remodeling/repair construction projects, including project design and inspection; submit bid proposals; negotiate and secure construction contracts for all phases of public agency housing, federal, state, city and local government projects, retirement communities, schools, fire house substations, detention centers, residential homes, etc.
