Took charge of daily activities in tooling department.

Preparation and maintaining the documents for Internal & External Audits.

Monitoring the MTTR &MTBF to achieve the monthly target as well the yearly target.

Preparation and Maintaining the Department documents PM Plan vs Actual, History Card, Master list of molds or die for closely monitor the mold/die history.

Continuously monitoring the spares to avoid the breakdown due to lack of spares.

Procuring the proper tools & equipment/facility for safe working environment.

Identifying the requirements of a technician and planning the Training & Evaluation Sections which leads to the Multi skill of a technician.

Initiated the spares repair and re-use for the Molds, which helps to achieve the cost reduction and as wells in improving the technical skills of a technician.

Inspected New Molds & Dies in Design & Manufacturing. Work Achievement

Achieved the 20% COST REDUCTION by adapting the spares repair and re- use & as well as by localizing the mold/die spares.

Provided the major KAIZEN, so that the blank scrap of one die is used as the Raw Material for another die. Inspected the same die in Manufacturing and Design throughout the Project.

(CIPET) institute of plastic mold technology and plastic processing in ministry of Chemical fertilizers with an Aggregate 75% on (2012 to 2015).
