Ms. Hendrickson has more than 20 years of experience as a dedicated Case Manager, providing high-quality care and case management services to a diverse workforce initiative funded by the Community Development Block Grant and OHCS Housing and Community Services Disaster Management Team. PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Eligibility Reviewer - Remote, ICF - HARP RE-Oregon Housing and Community Services Disaster Management Team 2024 - 2025. Ms. Hendrickson has shown expertise in conducting Checklist Credentialing for over fifty applicants who indicated on their HARP Program Intake Application that their homes were damaged or destroyed during the 2020 Oregon Wildfires. She thoroughly examined the documentation for each case uploaded to the NBLY Program database system related to the disaster. Her Eligibility Review process evaluated each applicant to determine if they need an Oregon State Eligibility Determination Letter to receive financial assistance for housing.
Lead Case Manager - Remote, ICF - Puerto Rico Disaster Management OnBase (HORNE Canopy) System 2023 - 2024. Ms. Hendrickson was responsible for managing the assigned Warranty Binder Cases. She analyzed the data for both the repair and reconstruction of homeowner warranty binders and assessed detailed documentation for approval, ensuring exceptional interpretation. Ms. Hendrickson's final determination reviewed and approved Warranty Binder cases were submitted to the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) for final closure.

Lead Case Manager - Remote, ICF Skills for Today Program, 2021 - 2023. Ms. Hendrickson is an experienced technical assistance coach focused on improving participant skills in the Skills for Today Program, providing case management for over 300 Participants low - and moderate-income Virgin Islanders with training and employment support as well as experience in project management, enrollment strategies, workforce development, work-based learning, career, and technical education this included in collecting and analyzing data from participants and documenting areas where they can excel and areas that streamlined, to enhance skills. Ms. Hendrickson worked in partnership with the Virgin Islands Department of Labor (VIDOL). Outreach Volunteer, The Homeless Project, 2018 - 2021. Ms. Hendrickson provided community leadership, advocacy, and practical solutions to at-risk communities to prevent and end homelessness in the U. S. Virgin Islands. Case Manager, AECOM EHRVI Emergency Home Repair VI Program, 2018 - 2018. Ms. Hendrickson was responsible for resolving enrollment eligibility tasks for the Emergency Home Repair VI (EHRVI) national disaster grant for the U.S. Virgin Islands Homeowners program, ensuring compliance and streamlining the scope of work assessments for hundreds of eligible local homeowners based on the severity of storm damage supporting continuous improvement efforts. Ms. Hendrickson's efforts include disaster recovery implementing policies and procedures, demonstrating team leadership providing expert services to support housing and communities, collecting, and processing data, building rapport, and displaying helpful and compassionate care.
