ALEXION PHARMACEUTICALS 2006 – 2008

•Increased the size of the site from 6 regular employees to approximately 100 regular and 25 temporary workers within 6 months with minimal use of agencies.

•Extensive education specific to RI wage and hour laws unknown to the company prior to purchase of facility.

GSK BIOLOGICALS NA 2005 – 2006

•Served as key member of IDB-GSK integration team for all HR activities including benefits transition, job grading, compensation planning, performance management and development/execution of master communication plan and site-specific presentations.

•Provided virtual HR support to 80-person R&D site in Bothell, WA that was under consideration for either spin-off or closure. Worked closely with site director to manage employee expectations.

ID BIOMEDICAL (acquired by GSK BIOLOGICALS NA) 2004 – 2005

•Hired to provide comprehensive HR support to 75-employee process development facility preparing to submit an NDA for a novel influenza vaccine to the FDA.
