Position: Head of Digital Lending and Credit Automation Duties/responsibilities:

Lead the design, development and enhancement of the Bank’s digital credit products and services in collaboration with the Product Development & Innovation and Product Management teams. This includes the digitization of existing non-digital credit products.

Develop and implement credit risk assessment models as well as risk mitigation strategies for digital lending products.

Work with the Credit and Risk teams to monitor and manage the credit risk exposure for digital lending products.

Incorporate modern data analytics into the lending lifecycle from determination of eligibility and credit scoring to optimization of lending processes.

Improve the digital lending customer journey by streamlining the application processes, and feedback mechanisms and implementing user-friendly features across all relevant customer channels and touch points through liaising with the UI/UX teams.

Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure that all digital lending offerings from the Bank are compliant with industry regulations, internal policies, and other applicable laws.
