I have reduced the closing process to 5 days. They had not had an accounting manager since Feb 2020, I had to come in and get everything up to date. Worked with the IT manager get go from manual time cards to a sign in process on time clocks and upgrade the payroll program to include the full HR package. We had a successful audit for 2020 and 2019 in Feb 2021.

Implemented Sage X3 ERP system, SEI reporting system, and new payroll processer PayChex. Reduced accounting staff from 5 to 3 and increase closing processes from a month to 10 days. Have been working on implementing a paperless system for accounts payable, purchasing and accounts receivable. Responsible for cash management and budgets, which were not in place at my time of employment. Had the 1st successful audit for 2019, with very little changes.
